What we do

P.A.Y. programme provides a safe and constructive platform for a supervised after-school environment for youth. Through education and sports, P.A.Y. helps decrease juvenile crime, teenage sexual activity and substance abuse. In this way, P.A.Y. contributes a great deal towards positively shaping the lives of underpriviliged youth. Moreover, we provide an opportunity for support and volunteerism, thereby enabling all Namibians to assume responsibility for the future of their communities.
In addition to personal growth, P.A.Y. strives to make Namibian communities the key beneficiaries of its programmes. Our approach is based on two fundamental convictions:
- Individual development must be carried out simultaneously to community development; and
- Stronger communities heighten the probability of producing successful individuals.
